Response to Draft Environmental Permit

The deadline for responding to the draft permit has now been extended until Friday 29th October.
This applies to Rule 6 parties and the general public.

While the EA are "minded to issue the permit", the public’s response to the draft permit and decision document is a necessary and important part of the process.

They will make a final decision on whether to issue the permit only after carefully taking into account any relevant matter raised in the responses received during the public consultation period.

Please take the time to download and read the documents linked below and write to the Environment Agency with your concerns on environmental issues relating to the incinerator proposal.
